served on fresh Cos Lettuce & Mango Coulis

Smoked salmon, dressed with creamed Horseradish & deep fried Capers

CLASSIC PRAWN COCKTAIL
Icelandic prawns served in a radicchio leaf, coated in smoked Paprika Marie Rose Sauce

ARDENNES PATE
Accompanied with red onion chutney, toasted brioche

LEEK & POTATO SOUP
Topped with crispy Leeks

TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA
Mozzarella pearls with vine tomatoes, chives and balsamic glaze

Sautéed diced steak with diced kidney, cooked with onions in a rich Guinness gravy,
topped with a puff pastry baked golden brown
