Tian of Duck & Waldorf Salad with a Raspberry Coulis

Smoked Salmon & Lime Vinaigrette served with a micro cress Salad 

CLASSIC PRAWN COCKTAIL
Icelandic Prawns with crispy Iceberg coated in a spicy Calypso Sauce topped with Pea Shoots

BRUSSELS PATE
Accompanied with Red Onion & Tomato Chutney, toasted brioche

CREAM OF LEEK & POTATO SOUP
Topped with crispy Leeks

TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA
Mozzarella pearls with vine Tomatoes, fresh Basil leaves, Chives and Balsamic reduction

Cajun spiced Parmentier Potatoes & Honey Roasted Seasonal Vegetables, Mint & Redcurrant Jus

SIRLOIN STEAK
Chargrilled Porterhouse sirloin, cooked medium, served with pepper & brandy sauce,
seasoned Beef Tomato topped with Stilton

STEAK, KIDNEY AND GUINNESS PIE
Sautéed diced steak with diced kidney, cooked with onions in a rich Guinness gravy,
topped with a puff pastry baked golden brown

ROASTED GUINEA FOWL
Oven honey roasted Guinea Fowl, served with a Calvados Sauce accompanied with Sun Blushed Cherry Tomatoes

with all the trimmings
